Privacy notice
Short version: we use what you send us to reply to you, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, company, email address, telephone number, delivery country, the nature of your enquiry, and your message. Our server also records the IP address and browser user agent of the request, which we use to limit automated abuse.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a quotation. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or a live opportunity exists, and then for a further period as required for our own accounting and legal records. If you ask us to delete an enquiry and we are not required to keep it, we will.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on a commercial cloud platform. Enquiry emails are delivered through a transactional email provider. Both process data on our instruction only. No analytics or advertising trackers are used on this site, and no cookies are set for tracking purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@adigt.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period.
